Parent Teacher Conferences are Monday, October 24th from 1pm to 7pm
All Bloom Township schools are hosting parent/teacher conferences on Monday, October 24th from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. Families will have two ways to meet with their student’s teachers to discuss their progress, virtually using Google Meet or in-person at school. Please note – this is a non-attendance day for students.
1:00-3:30 PM: Virtual Conferences using Google Meet – Online Registration Required
Families can schedule online appointments to meet with individual teachers, deans, counselors, social workers, and other service providers via Google Meet. To register for a virtual conference: Find your student’s teacher from the list, click on the teacher’s name to open their appointment schedule, navigate to October 24th, select a time and complete the online form. A Google Meet invitation will be emailed to you. To use Google Meet, you will need a Google account and a phone or computer with an internet connection. If you do not have a Google account or available device, please use your student’s account and their Chromebook to access the Meet link you will receive after registration.
4:00-7:00 PM: In Person Conferences – No Registration
Families can come to SCHOOL to meet with us in-person. Teachers, deans, counselors, social workers, and other service providers will be available to meet with you. Teachers will be centrally located in each school. Visit your School’s PTC page linked below for more information. There are no appointments for in-person conferences, teachers are available on a drop-in basis.

Todas las escuelas de Bloom Township tendrán Conferencias de Padres y Maestros el Lunes, 24 de Octubre de 1:00 pm a 7:00 pm. Las familias tendrán dos maneras de hablar del progreso de su estudiante con los maestros, virtualmente usando Google Meet o en persona en la escuela. Por favor note que no habrá clases este día.
1:00 – 3:00 PM Conferencia Virtual usando Google Meet – Se requiere registrarse en línea
Las familias pueden hacer una cita virtual con los decanos, consejeros, trabajadores sociales y otros proveedores de servicios en forma individual, a través de Google Meet. Para registrarse para una conferencia virtual: Busque el nombre del maestro de su estudiante, de la lista, click en el nombre del maestro y verá el horario de citas, busque el día 24 de Octubre, escoja la hora y complete el formulario en línea. Se le enviará vía email, una invitación para el Google Meet. Para usar el Google Meet, usted necesita una cuenta de Google y un teléfono o computadora con conexión al internet. Si no tiene una cuenta Google o el aparato electrónico disponible, por favor use la cuenta y el chromebook de su estudiante para que pueda tener acceso al link de Meet que recibirá después de registrarse.
4:00 – 7:00 PM Conferencia en Persona – No se necesita registrarse
Las familias pueden venir a la ESCUELA a vernos en persona. Maestros, decanos, consejeros, trabajadores sociales y otros proveedores de servicios estarán disponibles para hablar con ustedes. Los maestros estarán centralizados en cada escuela. Visite el link de PTC de su escuela para más información. No se necesita citas para las conferencias en persona. los maestros estarán disponibles allí para todos los que lleguen.
